Transient [micro] was born from my desire to downsize my full size Transient design into a smaller version that disappears into the bottom of the pocket. Scaled down to fit perfectly into your watch pocket, [micro] boasts a small but highly functional 2.5" blade built from CPM S35-VN stainless steel. Superbly tuned action provides an excellent fidget factor, too!
Transient [micro] is fully produced by Bestech (a Chinese manufacturing company) - I worked with them directly during the prototyping process, with no detail being overlooked. I had lofty goals, with a very specific action in mind - and a list of small, precisely machined features that mattered to me. These small details all appear on the custom versions of my knives, and Bestech fully complied with my desire to include them. Micro edge breaks on every facet make these tiny terrors seat comfortably in every grip, with not a sharp edge to be found anywhere on the frame.
